Counselors' Mission: To provide a comprehensive counseling program that supports the personal, social, academic, and college and career readiness needs of all students.

Our Vision: The IRHS Counseling Department is staffed by Master’s-level, certified, professional school counselors, a critical component within the school system, who are dedicated to empowering students to achieve their personal, academic and career aspirations. Our program is designed to meet the needs of our diverse student population and community stakeholders through the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model. Counselors advocate, collaborate and facilitate change for the betterment of all students and the community.
