Instructions for Reporting Absences
Once you have logged into your Infinite Campus Parent account, follow these three steps to report and absence or request an early release pass:
- In the left column, click on “More”
- Click on “Absence Requests”
- Click on the “Blue New” button
- Click on the absence reason or early release pass request
IN ORDER FOR AN ABSENCE TO BE EXCUSED STUDENTS MUST DO THE FOLLOWING
- When arriving late they must sign in at the attendance office
- When leaving with a pass, they must sign out at the attendance office
Failure to sign in and/or sign out will result in an unexcused absence
Pass Requests
PASSES WILL NOT BE ISSUED 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE END OF THE DAY
Pass Requests: When possible, please call 1 hour prior to the time your students needs to sign out.
Testing Days: Passes will not be issued during school testing
(ACT, Az Science, ACP Aspire, AP Exam or Final Exams)
Students needing to leave campus will only be allowed to sign out during passing periods.
